SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at NovaVisio. We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.


PROCESSING TIME

Footwear Products:
Orders for shoes and footwear are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days through our trusted fulfillment partner CJdropshipping.

NOVA Products (Hats & Skincare):
Orders for NOVA branded products—including our premium trucker hats and luxury botanical skincare—are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days directly from our warehouse in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mixed Orders:
If your order contains both footwear and NOVA products, items may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer three shipping speeds to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available on all domestic orders over $50.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We ship to all 50 states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship to 33+ countries worldwide, including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and throughout Europe.

International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
