Refund policy

Our Commitment We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligible Returns Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not damaged or altered in any way
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Opened or used personal care items, cosmetics, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at juniorjoseph862@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind or sizing issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item:

  • We'll send you the correct item at no additional cost
  • Return shipping for the incorrect item will be covered by us

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

Partial Refunds In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

Cancellations
