REFUND POLICY

At NovaVisio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle refunds and exchanges.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
You may request a refund if:
• Your order arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• You are not satisfied with your purchase (within 30 days of delivery)
To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be refunded:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Opened personal care products or cosmetics
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital products or downloads
• Gift cards
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Contact us at support@novavisio.store within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for the refund
3. Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective
4. Wait for our team to review and approve your request
5. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions
RETURN SHIPPING
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
• We cover return shipping if the item is defective or we sent the wrong item
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds for:
• Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days (50% refund)
• Items with minor damage or missing accessories
• Items not in original condition due to customer error
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
1. Request a refund for the original item
2. Place a new order for the item you want
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us immediately at support@novavisio.store
• Include photos of the damage
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
• Return shipping will be covered by us
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
3. Contact your bank (processing may take time)
4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@novavisio.store
